2018-2019学年天津美术学院外国留学生招生简章 (报考条件)

一、申请和注册

1. 欢迎个人直接申请来校学习；欢迎国外院校组织学生、学者和其他社会成员申请来校学习。

2. 申请者将申请材料直接寄往天津美术学院国际交流处。

3. 被录取的学生在收到入学通知书和JW202表后可到中国驻所在国使领馆办理来华学习签证，并在规定时间内到校报到注册。

二、申请时间

1.学历生：每年1月-5月。 

2.短期进修生：全年随时入学。

三、录取专业、学制

1.报考条件

注：以上课程均以汉语为主。

2.招生专业

3.报考所需材料:

1) 《天津美术学院外国留学生来华学习申请表》（附件1）

2) 后学历阶段的毕业证明、学历证书和成绩单（经公证后的复印件）

3)  汉语水平考试（HSK）等级证书（毕业前提交即可）

4)  近期作品5-6幅电子版

5)  两位副教授或相应职称以上学者的推荐信

6) 《天津市外国留学生奖学金申请表》以及支撑材料（附件2）

4.录取办法

我校外国留学生招生委员会对申请者提交材料综合评定，择优录取。

四、费用

1.学费:  

本 科 生             28000人民币/学年 

硕 士 研 究 生       30000人民币/学年

普 通 进 修 生       3000元人民币/月

2.教材费：学生在校内自行购买，据实收费。绘画材料及工具费用自理。

3.住宿：1200元人民币/月   (单人间,有独立卫生间)

4.基本伙食费：约1500元人民币/月(供参考)

5.报名注册费：减免 

注：每学年报到注册时须购买《来华人员综合保险》，保险内容必须包括住院及意外伤害险，标准为800元/年。

五、天津市政府奖学金及培养激励资金(进修生除外)

1.天津市政府奖学金

(1) 本科生:全额奖学金35600元人民币；部分奖学金20000元人民币(年龄在30周岁以下)

(2) 研究生:全额奖学金48600元人民币；部分奖学金30000元人民币(年龄在35周岁以下)

     2018年5月底之前提出申请

2.天津美术学院外国留学生培养激励资金

(1) 一般项目

每人每年补助材料费2000元人民币，用于学习材料的购买,学生需要上交相应购买凭证。

(2) 乌拉圭项目和“***”国家项目

每人每年6000元人民币，用于学习材料购买、生活费补助、国内艺术考察的费用，学生需要上交相应购买凭证（同时不再享受一般项目资金）。

Ⅰ. Application

1. Welcome for applying to the Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts (TAFA) .We encourage

        individual, foreign institutions to organize students, scholars and other social members to participate in our international programs.

2. Applicants will send the application materials directly to the International Affairs

       Office of Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts.

3. After receiving the enrollment notice and JW202 form, the enrolled student can go to

       the embassy and consulate of the Chinese Embassy to apply for the visa to study in

       China, and to register within a specified time.

Ⅱ. Application time

1.Academic students: From January to May each year

2.Advanced Studies: Applicants can enroll and enter the school at anytime.

Note:All classes will be taught in Mandarin Chinese. It is important for students to improve their Chinese language skills prior to enrollment.

4. Admission Method

The foreign student recruitment committee of TAFA will make the comprehensive

assessment to the submitted materials of the applicants, to admit the best ones.

 Ⅳ. Expenses:

1. Tuition fees:   Postgraduate Students         30,000  RMB/person·year

               Graduate Students            28,000  RMB/person·year

Students in Advanced Studies   3,000 RMB/person·month

 2. Dormitory fee: 1,200 RMB/month  (single room, private bathroom )

3. Meal Expense:  approx.  1500 RMB/month   (For your information)

4. Registration fee: for free

Note: Students are responsible for purchasing all necessary supplies and materials relevant

to their classes, such as books, paints, utensils, etc. And the students should buy the compre

hensive insurance &protection for foreigners staying in China at the beginning of each year.

The insurance is 800RMB per month.

 Ⅴ. Tianjin Municiple People’s Government Scholarship and Training Incentive Fund (Except for advanced studies students)

 1. Tianjin Municiple People’s Government Scholarship

 1) Bachelor degree students: full scholarship  35,600 RMB

                        part scholarship 20,000 RMB (under 30 years old)

2) Master degree students:  full scholarship 48,600 RMB

                        part scholarship 30,000 RMB (under 35 years old)

Application before the end of May,2018.

2.International Students Training Incentive Fund of TAFA

1) General Program

Each person has a subsidy of 2000RMB per year for the purchase of learning materials, and the students need to submit the corresponding purchase vouchers.

2) Uruguay program and “Belt & Road” Countries Program

Each person has a subsidy of 2000RMB per year for the purchase of learning materials,

living allowance and domestic art investigation costs, the students need to submit the corresponding purchase vouchers. ( The students can not accept the general program funds any

 more)

 Ⅵ.  Campus Life

Tianjin is the largest coastal open city in north China, and also the center of the Bohai Economic Circle with a mixture of Chinese and Western as well as ancient and modern elements.Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts locates in the center of Tianjin, which is known for its

 beautiful campus,.convenient transportation and good quality in education. Our school

 strives for integrity and artistry, while enhancing learning and practice for each student.

 Our campus grounds are well maintained and the living conditions are safe and clean. We

strive for a warm and comfortable environment. Our guest house is equipped with around

the clock caretakers to assist our students. The rooms offer air-conditioning, telephone,

 television, private bathroom/shower, water heater along with internet access and free WIFI the whole campus. Each floor has a public laundry and kitchen area. For the students’ convenience, we offer three cafeterias on campus. 

Ⅶ. Requirements for Registration

1. Foreign students are required to live in the guest house during the first semester.

2. Upon admission the student must register at the Foreign Affairs Office. The security

 guard at the gate will escort you.

3. Foreign students should have health/life insurance prior to admission. For your

convenience, please have a copy of your relevant insurance information with you. The

student can also purchase overseas students’ insurance, if necessary.

4. Foreign students are not allowed to work full or part-time jobs while attending school.
