四、费用

1.学费:

本科生 28000人民币/学年

硕士研究生 30000人民币/学年

普通进修生 3000元人民币/月

五、天津市政府奖学金及培养激励资金(进修生除外)

2.天津美术学院外国留学生培养激励资金

(1) 一般项目

每人每年补助材料费2000元人民币，用于学习材料的购买,学生需要上交相应购买凭证。

1.留学生入境后三十日内办理报到手续。

2.留学生来华前应在国内办妥医疗保险或来华后购买留学生保险

3.留学生不得在中国境内从事有酬劳务。
